Our Lawyers
Resolution Law is managed by Rowena Lewis, Director, working alongside Peter Holland, Head of Legal Expenses.
Our claims team includes expert personal injury solicitors and qualified legal advisers. We recognise that a claim can follow a particular journey toward its final resolution. Our personal injury lawyers are split into specialised teams to follow this journey, depending on what the issues and what stage the case is at. You will be kept informed of the progress of your personal injury claim throughout.
We anticipate that most straightforward claims will resolve successfully in our Portal Unit within 6 months of our involvement. Many will resolve more quickly than that, should it be appropriate. If a dispute arises or the issues in your case become more complex, our personal injury lawyers will recognise that and pass the matter to one of our specialist teams. This could be our Litigation Unit or our Large Loss Unit. Each will be made up of specialist personal injury lawyers with all the required skills and experience.
