Why Resolution Law
Resolution Law are a team of expert personal injury lawyers in offices throughout the UK.
Our lawyers deal with all types of personal injury claims and our aims are clear:
- To ensure you receive the maximum compensation you are entitled to and as swiftly as we can.
- Where possible we will look to ensure that there are no deductions from your compensation. When circumstances are such that this is not possible, will cap any deductions at 15%. Most lawyers will seek to take a Success Fee of up to 25% from your compensation. We will not.
- Working with you to seek the appropriate rehabilitation as early as possible.
- Treating you as an individual and not as a number, using simple and clear language in order to avoid unnecessary legal jargon.
No Win No Fee
If you have the benefit of Legal Expense Insurance or any other form of pre accident funding then we shall endeavour to handle your claim utilising that service. However, if you do not then we can deal with your claim under a No Win No Fee agreement.
Most lawyers will seek to take a Success Fee of up to 25% from your compensation. We will not. Where possible, we will offer a 0% Success Fee and where circumstances are such that this is not possible, we will cap any deductions at 15%.
Resolution Law is the personal injury claims division of DWF Law LLP which is a global legal business with over 4,000 employees and a global turnover of circa £338m.

Our claimant division was rebranded to Resolution Law in 2009. When you instruct a lawyer at Resolution Law, we will provide you with free initial advice that’s easy to understand. We’ll discuss your prospects of success, the funding of your claim, timelines and as best we can at that early stage, advise you on the possible damages that you may recover.
Where possible, we will look to ensure that there are no deductions from your damages and when circumstances are such that is not possible we will cap any deductions at 15%.
